The Aspen Wood Apartments project is a new 123-unit senior housing apartment building with tenant views overlooking a garden courtyard at the second level. This 4-story structure is on a slab-on-grade mat foundation and a concrete podium with three levels of wood framing above. Beneath the podium, there are amenity rooms, building utility areas, and 89 spacious tenant parking stalls.
